See what each option adds to the way your business takes and tracks payments.

Square Integrations

For box offices & ticket sellers: Connect Square transaction data with the tools used to manage ticket orders, event totals and performer settlements, reducing repeated data entry. Connect SimpleTix, Brushfire or TicketsCandy from the Square App Marketplace for scannable tickets and check-in. Roots Payments, an independent Square Reseller, sets it up and supports it.

Square Online (websites)

For box offices & ticket sellers: Give customers an online storefront for tickets, concessions and event merchandise, with ordering and fulfillment choices suited to your business. Sell simple general-admission shows as Event items on a Square Online site. Square Online builds a website or online store synced with your Square item library, including non-physical item types for event tickets, memberships and donations. Roots Payments, an independent Square Reseller, sets it up and supports it.
  • We build and configure your Square Online site and item types
  • We write confirmation emails with redemption details, since Square doesn't generate tickets automatically
