Roots Payments is operated by Tampa Roots LLC. This notice describes information handling through rootspayments.com, its booking links and contact channels. Provider applications, payment accounts and other services may have separate privacy notices.Information you enter on this website
The payment questionnaire uses your answers to display suitable service options. When you submit its final step, Roots receives your contact details, business name, selected interests, recommendations and separate marketing opt-in choice in its CRM to review and respond to your request. The partner application similarly sends your contact details, partner interests and background answers to Roots for staff review. The Contact Us form sends your role, contact reason, optional topic, contact details and message to the same CRM for staff follow-up. These forms do not create an account or approve a service. Do not enter card numbers, bank credentials, identity documents or sensitive financial records.Booking, email and phone
Selecting a booking link opens and loads the Calendly calendar for that visit. Loading it connects your browser to Calendly, which receives technical information and may use cookies under its own privacy policy. Booking details are processed by Calendly and made available to Roots for scheduling and follow-up. Opening the calendar does not change your analytics or advertising cookie preferences. If you email or call Roots, we receive the information you choose to share. We use it to respond, review requirements, prepare quotes and coordinate services you request. Consultations and payment reviews are free.Technical information and cookies
Hosting and booking services may receive IP addresses, browser information, request details and service logs needed to deliver and secure their services. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to the payment questionnaire, partner application and Contact Us form for automated abuse; Cloudflare receives technical information needed for that check. These forms do not store your answers in browser local storage or set a tracking cookie. Third-party booking services manage their own cookies; browser controls may affect their functionality. Cookie settings lets you accept, reject or select optional categories. Your choice and its timestamp are stored in this browser for up to 180 days, without a unique visitor ID. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies for the current visit. Advertising is disabled when your browser sends Global Privacy Control. Optional analytics runs only when configured on the released website and permitted through Cookie settings. Advertising tools remain inactive. Before another tool is enabled, this notice will identify its purposes, provider and available privacy choices.Optional analytics and planned advertising
Google Analytics 4 is available on this released website only after you enable Analytics in Cookie settings. Until you consent, this website does not load its analytics script or send analytics events. Declining analytics does not affect booking, contact options or access to the website. When activated with your consent, Google Analytics receives technical browser/device information and controlled events: page views, booking starts, confirmed bookings from the embedded calendar, phone/email clicks and confirmed lead submissions. Page URLs omit query strings and fragments. Contact details, inquiry messages, entered questionnaire answers, email/phone destinations and calendar booking payloads are not included in these events. Analytics cookies may be stored in your browser while you allow analytics; Cookie settings lets you withdraw permission and stop collection. Provider processing and configured retention apply to information already collected.Microsoft Clarity loads only after you enable Analytics in Cookie settings. It collects website interactions such as clicks, scrolling and page navigation for usage analysis and session recordings. Clarity masks input fields, but other visible page content and URLs may be captured. Do not put sensitive information in URLs or website controls. Withdrawing Analytics permission sends a revocation signal to Clarity and stops further collection; previously collected information remains subject to Microsoft's processing and retention.Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Ads and LinkedIn tracking remain planned and inactive. No advertising integration is enabled by the optional analytics tools.Where applicable, nonessential tracking will be subject to consent or opt-out controls. Provider notices and Roots’ final tracking configuration will be identified when the tools are activated. Information entered in contact controls, sensitive documents, credentials and payment details should not be included in tracking events or recordings.Providers and information sharing
Roots initiates and coordinates services through providers. Where necessary to pursue a service you request, Roots may share relevant business requirements and contact details with providers involved in that service. Providers handle their own applications, underwriting, processing and settlement under their agreements and privacy notices.Information may also be disclosed to comply with applicable legal requirements or protect against fraud and misuse. Do not provide payment account credentials through this website.Communications
Requesting contact or making a booking does not enroll you in a Roots marketing SMS program. This website does not collect marketing SMS consent. Any future SMS enrollment will use separate consent and program terms. Booking confirmations and reminders are subject to the booking service’s settings and notices.Retention and privacy requests
Submitted questionnaire, partner application and Contact Us details are retained in Roots' CRM for inquiry review and follow-up. Unsubmitted answers remain in the current page session. Information received through booking, email or phone is retained according to its purpose and applicable requirements; there is no blanket seven-year retention promise for all website information.Contact Roots to request access, correction, deletion or an end to marketing communications.
